Colony Programming

New Member Program (called Arc Sequence of our Essential Sigma Program)
learning about Tri Sigma’s history, values & purpose, and operations of the chapter.  The Residential Leadership Consultant leads the Arc Sequence meetings with the Essential Sigma advisor.

Weekly Colony Meetings to:

• educate members on the operations of the chapter (dues and treasury, parliamentary procedure, songs, alumnae life, officer positions and elections)
• provide committee reports and updates
• conduct the business of the sorority

Big/Little and Chapter Mentoring Program
How do we do this??? We train and prepare the juniors /seniors in the chapter and pair them up with Freshmen/Sophomores in the colony. They are twins! Twins will take littles in the spring (if not already at total) or will take littles after the next recruitment to form “families”.  We offer a ½ day Big Sister training to help them prepare for their mentoring role.
